At age 3, he broke his maiden with his second start in a 7 Furlong Maiden Special Weight at Hollywood Park. His three wins of seven starts in 2013 included the 6+1/2 Furlong Uniformity Stakes on the Santa Anita downhill turf course. 


At age 4, he earned his first triple digit Beyers number of 103 when he placed in the Santa Anita Grade 2 Arcadia Stakes. His second triple digit Beyers number was the result of winning the 1 Mile Thunder Road Stakes on the Santa Anita turf course, tying the track record of 1:31:78. Next he finished 3rd in the Santa Anita Grade 1 Shoemaker Mile Stakes where he was bested by Del Mar turf mile record (1:32.10) holder Obviously (IRE).


In July he won the 1+1/8 Mile Grade 1 Eddie Read Stakes on the Del Mar turf course, earning his three-peat 103 Beyers number. In August he beat ongoing rival Obviously (IRE) who finished 4th when he won the Grade 2 Del Mar Mile Handicap. His 5th triple digit Beyers number came from his participation in the 9th fastest Grade 1 Breeder's Cup Mile, in which he finished 7th in a field of 14 runners. He rounded off 2014 with a 3rd place finish in the Del Mar 1+1/16 Mile Grade 2 Seabiscuit Handicap on the turf.
